Do you ever feel like writing something down, but because so much needs to be said, you need to write at the very least a short essay just to do justice to what you're actually feeling? And so much needs to be said that you end up being reluctant to write even ONE sentence?

However, "I'm so sick of this feeling" is the conclusion that comes up after all the back and forth arguments in my head.

All the what if's and why not's... Same old thing, but with different people. Stuck in a rut.
